Tyneside Group continues to operate in the face of Coronavirus
As always, Tyneside Group is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional level of service.
Working on behalf of landlords and developers, property management is particularly challenging in these unprecedented times and we are continuing to monitor the national situation as it changes on a daily basis.
As you can imagine, we have adapted our usual property management processes to comply with lockdown restrictions, but I’m proud to say that our team have worked tirelessly over the last few weeks to ensure that tenants are well looked after and our client’s assets remain as secure as ever.
New measures were recently brought in by the Government and advice for our sector is continually changing, but we're working hard with our landlords and tenants to ensure usual rent payments go ahead.
We understand that financially many people have been impacted by a loss of in-come and where tenants need support, we’re helping organise payment plans as much as we can. We will continue to provide a fair and robust service during this pandemic, working on behalf of both landlords and helping the tenants in their properties.
As I mentioned in my last blog, I believe that the UK property investment and development markets are in a strong position. I’m confident that the sector is primed and ready to accelerate back into action after this crisis and that it will play an important role in the recovery of our national economy.
My colleagues are I are committed to slowing the spread of the virus and the health and safety of our staff, tenants and clients is of the utmost importance. We urge everyone to do the right thing to support our emergency services and the NHS, stay home and stay safe.
Once again, I wish you all well, if you have any queries about property management in these turbulent times please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
